Speaking in the Baby Loss Awareness Debate

Yesterday I was humbled to speak in the Baby Loss Awareness Week Debate. This is not a regional or national issue but international. I spoke of my Grandma’s personal tragedy and how now 69 years on we still need to improve bereavement care and support.

I was delighted that this week the Government launched the National Berbeament Care Pathway. This will ensure that the level of bereavement care will be the same for Wiltshire residents as those elsewhere in the UK. For too long the service has been patchy and not monitored.
