Our Wiltshire have published the 430,000 square metres of extra resurfacing and highways maintenance work they will be undertaking- thanks to the new funding unlocked from our Network North plan.
This is on top of the extra £10 million that Wiltshire Council is spending over the next two years on preventative maintenance on our roads - which they can only do as they have a balanced budget
In our area:
3,520 meters squared of micro asphalt will be resurfaced on Victoria Road in Devizes and 4,335 meters squared of road surface will be dressed on Berhills Lane in Devizes.
In Melksham, 5,408 meters squared of road on Snarlton Lane will be dressed. For a full list, of the works planned, please use this link: https://www.wiltshire.gov.uk/highways-asset-management
