I had some lovely ā˜• and šŸ° at my coffee afternoon Friday in my constituency office ā€¦. Well I hear the cake was lovely Iā€™m still trying to be good!

Samaritans are encouraging all of use to check in with one another and help spread some positivi-tea šŸ«–

I am concerned about the rise in loneliness in our area and I have held several Over 55's Information and Advice Fairs to help raise awareness of the amazing work local and national organisations are doing and the active social networks which are available in our constituency.
