Great news- Cyber Flashing will be made illegal.
No longer will women and girls have to suffer from receiving unwanted and unsolicited explicit images. Research by Professor Jessica Ringrose from 2020 found that a staggering 76% of girls aged between 12 and 18 had been sent unsolicited nude images of boys or men.
This will be included in the Government’s landmark Online Safety Bill alongside wide-ranging reforms to keep people safe on the internet.
