I am deeply saddened to hear that His Royal Highness Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh has passed away this morning.

My prayers and thoughts go out to the Queen and members of the Royal Family at this time. His service to our country was remarkable and he inspired so many young people through the Duke of Edinburgh Award.
